As someone who was diagnosed as ADHD, in 1990 at age 8, and late diagnosed as autistic, in 2019 at age 37, I have come pretty far in just the last year of discoveries. I look upon how far you have come in just this article and can do no no less than give a standing ovation.

All of what you have said is true, and I have experience of my own to share in return. For I have come a long way this past year including with giving my second autism presentation to my healthcare provider on August 14th.
