AuDHD myself. Overall, this is over years of experience. Only 1-2 years from joining Twitter was this an issue before I became more comfortable communicating with fellow neurodivergents, perhaps some who were ADHD as well.

I think it’s mostly non-autistic people I’ve had oversharing and unfiltered problems regarding suicide. In any case, I still have to really watch what I say in general. I’m under a lot of stress some of which is post-traumatic. So it’s deceptively easy for me to get too open about my struggling.

In recent writings, I’ve actually caught myself being too negative before publication and had to correct the tact. I’ve been an advocate for eight years and with knowing about autism for two.

It’s been a helluva journey..
