😆
Funny you should say that…
I hadn’t revisited this topic for years. But while I was writing this article, more than once the thought crossed my mind for it to be a book or movie. I actually held back some details for that very reason and to keep it digestible for autistic readers.
I’m not necessarily saying I would want to profit from such a venture. But if you are serious to write it, I would be honored to help drive the creative process. I actually wrote three theater scripts similar to this idea a decade ago. I consider myself more of a visionary than a fiction writer. Don’t have the skills or experience to write something with all the bells and whistles.
I also have a partial manuscript for a book. At least one of the short stories would be more interesting than the dreaming idea. It doubles as a ghost story even though it’s not described one. It’s in the POV of the potential ghost. It’s left to make readers think what if. Is she? Isn’t she? Does it really matter. It’s compelling.
We could exchange formal emails and then delete the responses from here. If you were to write it, I’d at least want a copy when it’s done.
