… you psychiatry isn't an exact science. I wonder how much is manifesting trauma (CPTSD) and autism. I can't tell you how many times I've been to ERs and doctors where I've read the medical record and they haven't written down what I said. This is GPs FFS.

Poor or neglectful lack of keeping documentation. A probable influence of a lack of acceptance for autism and ableism..
